Obviously I did a little experimenting with this picture.
I like the sketch better than the final product to be honest. XD;; (Sketch --> [link] ) But whatever lol. I had fun with this. This is one of ~Arufunse's prizes for the first place tie. It's of her cat Stormy. At first I thought he was just a character, but I found photos of the real Stormy and I HAD to make a slightly cartoony-realistic drawing. I think I did alright, but I still need practice! Her next prize is coming up! BIIIIG EDIT: I adjusted the colors because I noticed that the colors weren't spot on. I also colored the line art and redid the shading of the eyes. ^_^ Some of you probably won't notice a big difference, so I made a back-to-back with the old picture. --> [link] |

As of September 2009 =ImaginaryRosse joined the project and will be helping us out with the weekly choices. While things have changed over time, the essence of the newsletter is still the same.
